Confirm Your Registration

After selecting the Reload for RIO shooting or sponsorship package you desire, you can pay online via our secure checkout process.  Please register by April 1, 2025, to ensure your involvement in this fun event.

After you pay, you will receive a follow-up email from Mike Hardin. This email will ask for the names of the shooters in your group and ammo preferences. Please look for this email and respond in a timely manner to make the day of the shoot go as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your help!

On the day of the event, please stop at our registration table to sign in and to collect 

your safety gear, and ammo, and to purchase additional do-over / raffle tickets.

If you can't participate in the event, but would still like to donate to 

this worthy cause, you have several options to do so.

1. You may select the DONATE registration option directly on this website. Go to the SHOP tab and look for the DONATE option.  You can donate in increments of $100.
2. You may write a check payable to "RIO MINISTRIES" and mail it to: RIO Ministries INTL at 2450 Atlanta Highway #302, Cumming, GA 30040.  
3. You may visit the RIO Ministries website and make a donation there.  Click the link below.

We always need volunteers on the day of the shoot! If you are not a shooter, but would still like to participate in the 2025 Spring Reload for RIO event, please consider volunteering to help at sign-in and to be a puller at one of the shooting stations.

If you registered for a sponsorship slot that includes the promotion of your business with your logo, please send your logo files to Mike Hardin at mhardin@harconforming.com.

Send files in EPS or JPEG format (EPS preferred).

Logos must be received by April 1, 2025, to guarantee placement on banners and signs.
